Do not ask me to mimic different art styles. Applicants asking for this will be rejected and risk blacklisting.1. It's your responsibility to read my Terms of Service.
"I didn't know" or "I didn't read them" is not an excuse.
If anything is confusing or you have questions not covered here please do reach out, but these are my rules and you are expected to follow them.2. You must fill out my Google Form to officially place an order.
We can discuss your commission further once the form as been filled and submitted, but I will not work out standard details via DM's or email, the form has that information already for you to fill out.
I will not move forward on your commission if you ignore my form.3. I have the right to refuse a commission without explanation.4. DO NOT harass me about the status of your commission once started.5. PAYMENT POLICIES:
○ Payment will be done via PayPal Invoicing, no exceptions.
○ Work will not be started until some form of payment has been made.
○ 50% of the total commission amount is a non-refundable deposit.
○ For commissions LESS than $80, the full amount must be paid upfront before any work can begin.
○ For commissions $80 and MORE, a 50/50 split-payment may be set up.
○ You must pay the invoice within 1 week of being sent. If it's not paid within that time frame with no word from you, your commission will be discarded with no further obligations from me.
○ Upon commission completion, if you partially paid, you must pay the remaining amount before I will deliver the final artwork. I will send a low-res watermarked preview for final approval and a reminder to pay what is still due. If payment is not sent within 1 week of this reminder with no word from you, I will reserve the full and exclusive rights to the completed artwork and will keep the initial 50% deposit with no further obligations from me.6. REFUND POLICIES:
○ Once I have started on the final stage of your commission, refunds are no longer possible.
○ If you need to cancel your commission at any point before then, I will keep both the art and the 50% deposit as a kill fee, with no further obligations from me.
○ If I for whatever reason must cancel your commission, you will receive a full 100% refund.7. You will be sent a low-resolution watermarked WIP at each stage of progress (sketch, lineart, flat color, and the final image).
You will have 3 days to approve the art to the next stage or request revisions. If no response is given by then the art will be considered approved, and no revisions will be accepted at this point without additional charges.
The code is: squid8. You may request one round of minor revisions at each stage of progress.
If any revisions require significant reworking of the art, you will be subject to additional charges equal to the amount of time and effort to accommodate the request. Further revisions beyond this point are also subject to additional charges.9. No text descriptions, mood boards, or AI generated references. A decent human-made visual reference is REQUIRED.
I will not draw or design a character from scratch. You must provide some kind of reference for me to work with.10. Rules for public posting/sharing of your commission:
○ You will be given a low-res watermarked file in addition to the full-res unwatermarked version. You are to ONLY use the low-res watermarked version for public sharing.
○ You must credit me wherever you post it.
○ Do not post to sites I already have an account for. I can post it myself, just ask.11. You may not edit my work by yourself or another artist. I will not edit you or another artist's work or draw small "parts" of a larger piece.12. I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media and/or use them as portfolio examples.13. These are digital products and the client will only receive a digital copy.
No physical copies (portraits, canvases, posters, etc.) will be distributed.14. Completed commissions are for personal use ONLY.
All of the following are PROHIBITED without discussing it with me first:
○ Merchandise and/or other physical products or goods
○ Advertising for a product, merch, e-shop, or other platform or service
○ AI training
○ NFT/Crypto schemes
