Thanks for visiting my Carrd! My name is DJ-Mika, but please just call me Mika ^^I'm a digital artist that loves drawing fanart for the things I enjoy, mostly video games!
It's mostly Nintendo fanart, but I also dabble in other fandoms as well ❤I'm still somewhat new to taking commissions but I hope to improve and learn as I go! If you have any questions at all please feel free to reach out to me at any time ^^

Rules and Terms of Service

1. Please actually READ my price chart.
Do not message me just to ask for a quote, I'll only send you back here.2. It's your responsibility as the buyer to read my Terms of Service.
"I didn't know" or "I didn't read them" is not an excuse. If anything is confusing or unclear you can reach out at any time for further clarification, otherwise the rules are laid out here and you are expected to follow them.3. I have the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.4. DO NOT harass me about the status of your commission once started.5. PAYMENT POLICIES:
○ Payment will be done via PayPal Invoicing, no exceptions.
○ No amount of work will be started until some form of payment has been made.
○ 50% of the total commission amount will be a non-refundable deposit.
○ For commissions LESS than $80, the full amount must be paid upfront before any work can begin.
○ For commissions MORE than $80, a 50/50 split-payment option can be set up.
○ The invoice must be paid within 1 week of being sent. If the initial invoice is not paid within this timeframe, the commission will be dismissed with no further obligation to the client.
○ Upon completion the client will be sent a low-resolution, watermarked version of the piece. The client will then be reminded to pay the remaining 50% of the invoice if a remaining amount is still owed. If this invoice is not paid within one week of this reminder, no artwork will be sent, I will reserve the full and exclusive rights to the artwork depicted within the commission, and will keep the initial 50% deposit with no further obligation to the client.6. REFUND POLICIES:
○ If the client wishes to cancel the commission at any point after the initial 50% deposit has been paid and work has begun, I will keep both the art and the 50% deposit as a kill fee, regardless of the amount of progress that has been made on the commission, and any further obligation towards the client will be nullified.7. The client will be sent a low-resolution watermarked update at every major stage of production (sketch, lineart, and flat color) as applicable.
The client will then have three days to either approve the piece for further work, or request revisions. If no response is given by the client within three days, the piece will be considered to be approved, and no revisions will be accepted at this stage.8. The client is entitled to one round of minor revisions at each major stage of production.
If any revisions require significant reworking or recreation of the piece, the client will be subject to additional charges equal to the amount of time and effort required to accommodate this revision. Further minor revisions beyond the first round are also subject to an additional charge.9. No description-based commissions. A decent, visual reference is REQUIRED.10. To publicly share your commission you must follow these conditions:
○ You will be given a low-resolution watermarked file in addition to the full-res unwatermarked version. You are to ONLY use the low-res watermarked version for public sharing.
○ You must credit me wherever you repost it.
○ Do not edit the final image in any way.
○ Do not repost to sites that I already have an account for. I can post it myself, just ask me.11. Two (2) characters max per commission.12. I reserve the right to post all completed commissions on any of my social media accounts and/or use them as commission examples at my discretion.13. These are purely digital art products and the client will only receive a digital copy.
No physical copies (portraits, canvases, posters, etc.) will be distributed!14. Completed commissions are for personal use ONLY.
All of the following uses are PROHIBITED:
○ Commercial use
○ Using it to make money in any way
○ Advertising for a product
○ AI training
○ NFT/Crypto schemes
◆Anyone caught doing so will be automatically blacklisted from ordering from me in the future.◆15. Do not ask me to mimic other people's art styles or for extra services other than what is listed here.
